Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order within 10 days in original condition on your costs.

No item from the Galaxy Collection can be exchanged or refunded as it is a sale item.

To exchange an item please contact office@tauta-home.com with your full name and order number and the name of the product you want to exchange.

Please understand that we are not able to refund and bear any shipping costs or custom duties for the exchange. Items that were purchased on Sale may not be exchanged.
